Laisser lever jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle double de volume (\u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature ambiante de 25\u00b0 environ).<br \/>\n\u00c9taler et placer dans un moule, puis laisser \u00e0 nouveau monter 1h si possible.<\/p>\n<p>Formant des revers avec le tour.<\/p>\n<p>Par dessus, verser un m\u00e9lange fait \u00e0 partir de 2 cuill\u00e8res de cr\u00e8me fraiche, un jaune d\u2019\u0153uf et du sel. On peut \u00e9galement ajouter un peu de gros sel par dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire \u00e0 200\u00b0 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir cette belle couleur.
