La recette de la famille, que l&rsquo;on retrouve ailleurs d&rsquo;ailleurs est la suivante :<\/p>\n<p>Pour un moule de taille classique, m\u00e9langer 200g de farine et 100g de beurre mou en petits morceaux. Ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de sel. \u00c9mietter le tout du bout des doigts jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une texture de sable.<br \/>\nAjouter alors 50g d&rsquo;eau (50ml), ou un jaune d\u2019\u0153uf et un peu d&rsquo;eau (selon la taille de l\u2019\u0153uf) et p\u00e9trir peu de temps jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 former une boule homog\u00e8ne.<br \/>\nLaisser 1h \u00e0 reposer et \u00e9taler.
