Puis j&rsquo;ai r\u00e2p\u00e9 tous les vieux morceaux de fromages secs qui tra\u00eenaient dans le frigo (Comt\u00e9 et Morbier). Sur la base d&rsquo;une tarte au fromage blanc, j&rsquo;ai m\u00e9lang\u00e9 un bol de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, 3 pots de fromage blanc, poivre, noix de muscade et 3 blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs en neige.<br \/>\nJ&rsquo;ai \u00e9tal\u00e9 \u00e7a sur ma p\u00e2te et cuit 30 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0. C&rsquo;est une tarte tr\u00e8s haute et qui reste tr\u00e8s gonfl\u00e9e.Tr\u00e8s riche en produits laitiers et en calories, mais l\u00e9g\u00e8re en texture. Typique le truc tra\u00eetre !
