Saupoudrer de 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre (pas raffin\u00e9 hein !) et remuer de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p>Quand elle a rendu du jus, ajouter 5 pommes en cubes pas trop petits et m\u00e9langer avec le jus pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;elles noircissent.<\/p>\n<p>Graisser un plat allant au four et d\u00e9poser les fruits.<br \/>\nFaire la p\u00e2te \u00e0 crumble avec 50g de margarine bio (ou beurre), 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre (le m\u00eame que tout \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure), 3 cuill\u00e8res de farine T80, un peu de cannelle, 2 cuill\u00e8res de flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et 3 cuill\u00e8res de poudre d&rsquo;amande. R\u00e9duire en sable en \u00e9miettant du bout des doigts.
