Oubliez les sachets pr\u00e9cuits, et acheter des sacs de 5kg dans un magasin chinois !<br \/>\nMettre un peu de mati\u00e8re grasse au fond d&rsquo;une casserole \u00e0 fond un peu \u00e9pais (huile de colza). Verser un volume de riz et laisser chauffer en remuant quelques instants jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les grains soient translucides.<br \/>\nAjouter deux volumes deux et une pinc\u00e9e de sel, couvrez la casserole et laisser cuire 11 minutes \u00e0 petit feu. Le riz est pr\u00eat et \u00e0 point quand toute l&rsquo;eau est absorb\u00e9e, mais ne soulevez pas le couvercle toutes les 3 minutes !
