Ajouter le lait bouillant sans cesser de battre et remettre ensuite dans la casserole o\u00f9 on le fait \u00e9paissir tout en continuant de battre. Laisser ti\u00e9dir et garnir les tartelettes refroidies (enlever le dessus o\u00f9 se forme une \u00ab\u00a0peau\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>Garnir des framboises et remettre au frais jusqu&rsquo;au dessert.<br \/>\nAu moment de servir, saupoudrer de sucre glace avec une petite passoire.<br \/>\nSucc\u00e8s assur\u00e9 !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour 3 tartelettes, 75g de farine, 30g de sucre, 37g de margarine, du lait d&rsquo;amandes.
