Mais voici une double recette pour accommoder les feuilles \u00e9galement.<br \/>\n\u00c9plucher les bettes, en mettant les feuilles d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et en enlevant les parties moches des c\u00f4tes. Couper les c\u00f4tes en morceaux et cuire 10 min. \u00c9goutter et mettre au four avec une <a title=\"Faire la b\u00e9chamel\" href=\"https:\/\/cestcoolraoul.fr\/?p=90\" target=\"_blank\">b\u00e9chamel<\/a>. Cuire 20 min et c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Risotto de bettes<\/strong><br \/>\nFaire revenir un oignon jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit translucide et ajouter les feuilles \u00e9minc\u00e9es.
